Here's exactly what to expect, from first showing to move-out.
Schedule a showing
We'll reach out to learn what you're looking for, answer questions and set a time. Please share a few times that work, since we give current residents 24 hours' notice. Virtual showings are available.
The showing
We'll walk you through the property and cover our policies, move-in and move-out dates, and which utilities you'll set up. If it's the one, you'll complete our rental application.
Application & lease
We review applications within two to three business days. Once you're approved we email your lease to sign electronically; some applicants need a co-signer. The property is reserved once the lease is signed and the deposit and first month's rent are paid through a secure online link.
Move-in day
A few weeks ahead, we'll send instructions for putting utilities in your name. On move-in day we meet you at the property with keys and a move-in packet. You'll have 3 days to complete a condition checklist noting anything already there.
Renewal or move-out
A few months before your lease ends we'll check in about renewing. If you're moving on, we'll send a move-out packet a few weeks ahead with the full process and cleaning expectations. Deposits are returned within 30 days.
